1. Maintain and enhance the HSE management system across four French-speaking countries, ensuring ISO 45001 certification.
2. Conduct regulatory monitoring, manage compliance audits, and implement local action plans.
3. Contribute to the review of procedures and synthesis of indicators within the documentation system.
4. Identify health and safety training needs, schedule training sessions, and manage administrative tasks related to training.
5. Plan and oversee periodic regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with observations.
6. Assist in the deployment of prevention plans across all services within the scope.
7. Support the planning of semi-annual checklists and internal audits, and oversee the resolution of observations.
8. Contribute to the updating of risk assessment documents and the development of resulting action plans.
9. Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
10. Draft and disseminate safety instructions.

1. DUT HSE or equivalent; potentially Bac +5 HSE

1. Organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and demonstrate initiative.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, respect, assertiveness, pedagogy, perseverance, and adaptability.
4. Ability to respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in English.

No specific experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
