- Maintain and enhance the HSE management system across four French-speaking countries, ensuring ISO 45001 certification.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring, manage compliance audits, and implement local action plans.
- Contribute to the review of procedures and synthesis of indicators within the documentation system.
- Identify health and safety training needs, schedule training sessions, and manage administrative tasks related to training.
- Plan and oversee periodic regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with observations.
- Assist in the deployment of prevention plans across all services within the scope.
- Support the planning of semi-annual checklists and internal audits, and oversee the resolution of observations.
- Contribute to the updating of risk assessment documents and the development of resulting action plans.
- Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Draft and disseminate safety instructions.
- DUT HSE or equivalent; potentially Bac +5 HSE
- Organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, respect, assertiveness, pedagogy, perseverance, and adaptability.
- Ability to respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English.
