Health & Safety Intern

1. Maintain the HSE management system (ISO 45001 certified) across four French-speaking countries.
2. Conduct regulatory monitoring, compliance audits, and define local action plans.
3. Contribute to the review of procedures and synthesis of indicators.
4. Identify health and safety training needs, plan schedules, and manage administrative tasks.
5. Plan and monitor periodic regulatory verifications and ensure compliance.
6. Contribute to the deployment of prevention plans across all services.
7. Assist in planning semi-annual checklists and internal audits.
8. Participate in updating risk assessment documents and action plans.
9. Analyze workplace accidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
10. Draft and disseminate safety instructions.

1. DUT HSE or equivalent; possibly Bac +5 HSE

1. Organization, method, and rigor.
2. Priority management, autonomy, and initiative.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, assertiveness, pedagogy, perseverance, adaptability.
4. Ability to react in a changing environment.
5. Proficiency in English.

Internship duration of 4 to 6 months, starting from January 2025.
