- Maintain the HSE management system (ISO 45001 certified) across four French-speaking countries.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring, compliance audits, and define local action plans.
- Contribute to the review of procedures and synthesis of indicators.
- Identify health and safety training needs, plan schedules, and manage administrative tasks.
- Plan and monitor periodic regulatory verifications and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the deployment of prevention plans across all services.
- Assist in planning semi-annual checklists and internal audits.
- Participate in updating risk assessment documents and action plans.
- Analyze workplace accidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Draft and disseminate safety instructions.
- DUT HSE or equivalent; possibly Bac +5 HSE
- Organization, method, and rigor.
- Priority management, autonomy, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, assertiveness, pedagogy, perseverance, adaptability.
- Ability to react in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in English.
Internship duration of 4 to 6 months, starting from January 2025.
