Gucci Health & Safety Internship

- Maintain and enhance the HSE management system certified under ISO 45001 across four French-speaking countries, including two countries pending certification.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring, manage compliance audits, define local action plans, and oversee implementation and follow-up.
- Contribute to the review of procedures and synthesis of indicators within the documentation system.
- Identify training needs, schedule training sessions, and manage administrative tasks related to Health & Safety training.
- Plan and oversee periodic regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with observations.
- Assist in deploying preventive plans across all services within the scope.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by planning semi-annual checklists and internal audits, and supervise the resolution of observations.
- Participate in updating risk assessment documents and related action plans.
- Analyze workplace accidents, define corrective and preventive actions, and draft safety instructions.
- DUT HSE or equivalent; potentially a Bac +5 in HSE
- Organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities, work autonomously, and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, respect, assertiveness, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
No prior experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
DUT HSE or equivalent; potentially a Bac +5 in HSE
