- Develop and implement global strategies for retail facilities management to optimize operational costs and enhance efficiency.
- Establish global guidelines and standards, including maintenance policies, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
- Collaborate with regional Retail Facilities Managers to adapt global guidelines to local contexts, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
- Formulate sustainability strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote eco-friendly solutions in alignment with Group strategies.
- Work with the Global Store Planning Department to evaluate store concept proposals within the maintenance demand framework.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and extraordinary maintenance activities across regions to ensure optimal store functionality.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations across all retail facilities.
- Supervise regional procedures in managing vendor relationships, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and security services meet corporate standards.
- Coordinate with the Global Indirect Procurement Department to negotiate and manage facility service contracts, securing the best value.
- Monitor market trends and implement best practices, standards, and software tools for global use by the brand.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to facility management best practices.
- Over 10 years of experience in facility management, particularly in large, international retail environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience in sustainability from a facility management perspective.
- Proven leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing international teams.
- Expertise in tender and contracts management, including strategy development and risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of energy and environmental management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Budget management skills with a focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ability to develop proactive plans and strategies.
- Project management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Over 10 years of experience in facility management within large, international retail environments.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
