1. Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly calendar of client activations aligned with fashion institutional moments, brand milestones, and key commercial opportunities.
2. Design and implement a diverse menu of experiences tailored for top client segments.
3. Coordinate and enhance institutional client experiences at Gucci's historic locations and through the Kering Group network.
4. Establish standard guidelines for regional high-end events in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, ensuring brand consistency in in-store and off-site events.
5. Lead project teams to enrich client experiences with unique and memorable moments.
6. Ensure adherence to financial frameworks to guarantee return on investment.
7. Develop international client experiences for top clients, including fashion shows and prestigious events like the Festival de Cannes.
8. Partner with retail teams to maximize business opportunities during client experiences.
9. Manage global budgets and coordinate with regional teams on local budget allocations, ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic alignment.
10. Innovate and develop engaging, cost-effective formats for in-store activations.
11. Provide clear, actionable guidelines to regional teams to ensure excellence in execution.
12. Prepare comprehensive briefs for external agencies, detailing client targets and business objectives for each activation.
13. Collaborate closely with global and regional counterparts and external partners.
14. Deliver strategic reports on activations, synthesizing insights and results to inform leadership and enhance client satisfaction.
15. Explore new agencies and concepts in alignment with global brand guidelines and strategy.
16. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activations.

1. 10 years of experience in client experience or client event production roles within the luxury industry.
2. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to blend creativity with practical execution.
3. Proven track record in high-impact project management and problem-solving.
4. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated experience in managing external agencies and delivering actionable outputs.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with diverse stakeholders.
7. Proven negotiation and budget management skills.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Proficiency in client relationship management and client-facing capabilities.
10. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
11. Fluency in English with at least a basic understanding of Italian.
12. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
13. International experience is advantageous.
