- Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly calendar of client activations aligned with fashion institutional moments, brand milestones, and key commercial opportunities.
- Design and implement a diverse menu of experiences tailored for top client segments.
- Coordinate and enhance institutional client experiences at Gucci's historic locations and through the Kering Group network.
- Establish standard guidelines for regional high-end events in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, ensuring brand consistency in in-store and off-site events.
- Lead project teams to enrich client experiences with unique and memorable moments.
- Ensure adherence to financial frameworks to guarantee return on investment.
- Develop international client experiences for top clients, including fashion shows and prestigious events like the Festival de Cannes.
- Partner with retail teams to maximize business opportunities during client experiences.
- Manage global budgets and coordinate with regional teams on local budget allocations, ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Innovate and develop engaging, cost-effective formats for in-store activations.
- Provide clear, actionable guidelines to regional teams to ensure excellence in execution.
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for external agencies, detailing client targets and business objectives for each activation.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional counterparts and external partners.
- Deliver strategic reports on activations, synthesizing insights and results to inform leadership and enhance client satisfaction.
- Explore new agencies and concepts in alignment with global brand guidelines and strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activations.
- 10 years of experience in client experience or client event production roles within the luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and the ability to blend creativity with practical execution.
- Proven track record in high-impact project management and problem-solving.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing external agencies and delivering actionable outputs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation and budget management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and client-facing capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English with at least a basic understanding of Italian.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- International experience is advantageous.
