- Define and evolve the global visual merchandising strategy in alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
- Translate brand narratives into immersive visual experiences across all retail formats and regions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Planning) to ensure cohesive execution.
- Create a positive relationship between Visual Merchandising and the Creative Office.
- Coordinate the implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies at a regional level, ensuring uniformity and consistency across various locations.
- Lead and mentor senior managers across design, production, and global Visual Merchandising operations.
- Oversee planning and execution of seasonal window campaigns, visual toolkits, and store guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of Visual Merchandising assets and toolkits across markets, balancing creativity with operational feasibility.
- Drive innovation in materials, formats, and storytelling methods to enhance brand differentiation.
- Champion sustainability and scalability in Visual Merchandising production and deployment.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage budgets and resources across global Visual Merchandising initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or brand experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing global teams and complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong creative sensibility paired with operational rigor.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
