Gucci General Manager Western Europe

- Oversee the retail network and lead a high-performing team across directly operated stores, ensuring alignment with brand fundamentals and achievement of market, financial, and operational targets.
- Manage P&L levers to achieve financial sustainability and meet yearly financial goals.
- Act as a liaison between Corporate EMEA HQ and local markets, ensuring successful implementation of brand strategy and alignment with corporate priorities.
- Collaborate with EMEA HQ to provide insights into market trends and consumer behaviors, leading change management initiatives that align with global strategy.
- Engage with VIP clientele to foster long-term relationships and brand loyalty, implementing Retail Excellence initiatives for an elevated customer experience.
- Coach and mentor local teams to build a customer-oriented culture and high-performance environment, communicating goals and inspiring teams to meet expectations.
- Identify and hire top talents, fostering employee growth through training and development programs.
- Analyze and optimize the retail footprint, managing partnerships with landlords and business partners.
- Proven track record in managing a sophisticated, customer-oriented retail organization within the luxury and fashion industry at an international level.
- Strong understanding of premium client expectations and operational complexities of a high-end retail environment.
- Ability to integrate luxury service codes into the customer journey.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and lead diverse teams.
- Proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach to market demands.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions, building consensus and aligning teams.
- Experience in navigating dynamic market conditions with strategic agility.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
Extensive experience in international luxury retail management, with a focus on customer-oriented strategies and operational excellence.
