Gucci Flagship Administrator

- Coordinate the completion of all in-store new hire onboarding tasks, including ordering employee uniforms and IT equipment.
- Process Concur expenses for management in line with Gucci policies.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, and coordinate maintenance and service of office equipment.
- Support daily cash handling processes, including auditing, reporting, and register opening/closing.
- Assist management with after sales and operational procedures, including client inquiries, repairs, returns, exchanges, consignments, special orders, and eCommerce sales processing.
- Administer all events, appointments, and in-store Client Engagement initiatives requiring third-party involvement.
- Work closely with managers to audit, update, and maintain store schedules according to company guidelines.
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Resourceful and creative problem solver.
- Excellent mastery of administrative tools and essential software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, browsers, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform highly accountable work with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and compliance.
- Proactive and positive approach.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3-5 years of administrative experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
