Gucci Financial Controlling Specialist

- Complete Month End Closure activities and prepare Month End Reporting Packages for the Divisional Finance Department.
- Support the preparation of Budget and Forecasts, including data submission and variance analysis.
- Control and follow up on Capex.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for retail entities and conduct variance analysis for the regional finance team.
- Support balance sheet reviews and related variance analysis for the regional finance team.
- Prepare monthly reporting for retail managers and operational teams to ensure cost control.
- Provide support during Tax audits.
- Participate actively in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and the annual external audit process.
- Review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
- Prepare periodical turnover certificates.
- Prepare monthly data for the Office of National Statistics.
- Address ad hoc divisional and operational queries on finance-related matters and develop ad hoc analysis for the business.
- 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Control within a multinational company or consulting firm.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient team-working skills.
- Detail-oriented with extreme accuracy.
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, and BI tools for performance monitoring and KPI analysis.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Retail industry experience is beneficial.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Control within a multinational company or consulting firm.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
