1. Complete Month End Closure activities and prepare Month End Reporting Packages for the Divisional Finance Department.
2. Support the preparation of Budget and Forecasts, including data submission and variance analysis.
3. Control and follow up on Capex.
4. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for retail entities and conduct variance analysis for the regional finance team.
5. Support balance sheet reviews and related variance analysis for the regional finance team.
6. Prepare monthly reporting for retail managers and operational teams to ensure cost control.
7. Provide support during Tax audits.
8. Participate actively in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and the annual external audit process.
9. Review accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
10. Prepare periodical turnover certificates.
11. Prepare monthly data for the Office of National Statistics.
12. Address ad hoc divisional and operational queries on finance-related matters and develop ad hoc analysis for the business.

1. 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Control within a multinational company or consulting firm.
2. Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.

1. Strong analytical abilities.
2. Proficient team-working skills.
3. Detail-oriented with extreme accuracy.
4. Proficient in Windows, Excel, and BI tools for performance monitoring and KPI analysis.
5. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
6. Retail industry experience is beneficial.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Control within a multinational company or consulting firm.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
