1. Oversee all store operations functions ensuring systems, processes, and policies are in place for efficient operations.
2. Collaborate with markets and worldwide management to ensure operational consistency.
3. Improve store performance through cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
4. Support the VP of Retail Excellence in leading regional and worldwide initiatives.
5. Drive a culture of excellence in operations and develop regional teams.
6. Conduct market visits to support and provide feedback to Regional Managers.
7. Implement efficient reporting for KPIs related to operational productivity and client experience.
8. Assess, analyze, and implement retail projects to improve store efficiencies.
9. Support budget and forecast operating expense plans with regional teams.
10. Ensure innovative tools and business applications are developed and implemented.
11. Lead the enhancement of operational user guides and training programs.
12. Partner with Store Planning for new store openings and renovations.

1. 10+ years in store management, ideally in a regional capacity.
2. Experience in managing teams to drive results.
3. Proven track record in sales, clienteling, and operational activities.
4. Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
5. Strong project management skills.

A minimum of 10 years in store management, preferably with regional responsibilities, demonstrating a successful track record in sales, clienteling, and operational activities.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $160,000 to $180,000, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
