1. Oversee all store operations functions ensuring systems, processes, and policies guarantee efficient operations with a focus on client experience.
2. Collaborate with markets and worldwide management to ensure operational consistency across retail channels.
3. Improve store performance through comprehensive knowledge and assessment of the field, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
4. Support the VP of Retail Excellence in leading regional and worldwide initiatives to drive sales and improve productivity.
5. Lead and develop regional teams to achieve department and company objectives.
6. Conduct market visits to support and provide feedback to Regional Managers on operational processes and compliance.
7. Implement efficient reporting for KPIs related to operation productivity, client KPIs, and inventory control.
8. Assess, analyze, and implement retail projects to improve store efficiencies and client experience.
9. Support budget creation and forecast operating expense plans in collaboration with regional teams.
10. Ensure innovative tools and business applications are developed and implemented effectively.
11. Collaborate with digital teams to ensure seamless omni-channel project execution.
12. Lead the enhancement of operational user guides and training programs.
13. Partner with Store Planning and Regional Managers for new store openings and renovations.

1. 10+ years in store management, ideally in a regional capacity.
2. Proven experience in managing teams to drive results.
3. Track record of developing and achieving successful sales, clienteling, and operational activities.
4. Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
5. Strong project management skills.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
9. Experience with retail function teams such as Financial, Store Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, and more.

A minimum of 10 years in store management with a regional focus, demonstrating leadership in driving sales and operational excellence.

A competitive base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000, considering factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
