1. Oversee and manage HR cost budget for Retail and Corporate departments.
2. Prepare detailed annual HR cost budget and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Assist in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.
4. Ensure accurate reflection of FTE data in financial records.
5. Prepare and reconcile monthly reports on FTE headcount and costs, analyzing variances against budget/forecast.
6. Track and report on current FTE headcount, ensuring alignment with operational needs and budgetary constraints.
7. Conduct detailed analysis of labor costs, including fixed and variable costs associated with staffing.
8. Collaborate with HR to track new hires, terminations, and internal transfers, maintaining accurate FTE records.
9. Provide detailed financial analysis for special projects, investments, and initiatives.
10. Manage one direct report, providing guidance and oversight.

1. BS/BA in Accounting or Finance.
2. 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and/or monthly closes.
3. Experience with SAP preferred.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; PowerPoint skills preferred.
5. Experience with ad hoc reporting and ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong work ethic with initiative.
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
10. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $150,000 - $175,000.
