- Guide and inspire the team to deliver superior performance through a client-focused approach, ensuring excellence in customer experience and sales ceremonies.
- Lead and coach the team in real-time on the sales floor, conducting briefings and coaching sessions to achieve sales targets across all product categories.

- Conduct monthly evaluations and implement action plans to enhance performance as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the Boutique Director and Human Resources on all HR matters concerning the team.
- Support store openings and closings as required.
- Deliver strategic and tailored communication during morning briefings to align with daily objectives.
- Develop and support the team on the sales floor to enable them to sell across all product categories.
- Inspire and guide the team to offer a unique client experience in the boutique, ensuring customer reception is a fundamental aspect for all sales associates.
- Ensure the team is committed to client loyalty and long-term commercial relationships.
- Utilize available tools to train and retain the sales team and expand the client portfolio.
- Coordinate client development activities with the team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Evaluate sales associates' performance, working with them on client-related matters to achieve excellence.
- Coordinate client flow in the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance by product category and proactively implement actions to meet the boutique's commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Boutique Director and merchandising team to provide real-time feedback on sold products, stock status, and specific client requests to drive revenue.
- Ensure all sales associates develop product knowledge across all categories through available training programs.
- Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Significant experience in a managerial role within a luxury retail setting is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
