Gucci Customer Service Intern

- Manage service request tickets and ensure their prompt resolution.
- Analyze customer complaints to provide optimal service.
- Handle customer disputes and track customer requests.
- Monitor and control the reasonable resolution time of tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate directly with the Product Care Front Office and back-office teams.
- Maintain constant communication with the Product Care Front Office to report potential quality issues or product defects.
- Manage customer complaints related to repairs, impacting their experience with the brand.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for complaints that may escalate into disputes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening abilities, versatility, and a keen sense of product and fashion sensitivity.
- Knowledge of Gucci products.
- Mastery of customer approach, with a constant focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with luxury fashion and customer service is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
Compensation is based on the level of study.
Internship agreement required. Duration of the internship is 4 to 6 months.
