Gucci Consumer Campaigns Specialist

- Innovate and enhance Gucci’s contact and content strategy through engaging, market-relevant campaigns to amplify brand messages and drive customer engagement and sales.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign orchestration, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and brand alignment.
- Serve as a strategic partner to regional and global teams, ensuring campaign consistency and local relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
- Drive personalization at scale across multiple communication channels tailored to specific markets.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Client Services, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign integration and alignment.
- Stay informed of industry trends in CRM, personalization, and digital communication to evolve Gucci’s campaign approach.
- Utilize data and client segmentation to inform campaign strategy and implement A/B testing for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead campaign activities with a performance-driven mindset, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital or campaign management experience within fashion or related industries.
- Proficiency in managing and interpreting analytics data to inform decisions.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset, blending storytelling with data-driven precision.
- Ability to balance global brand consistency with local cultural sensitivity.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
