- Ensure optimal and timely preparation of kitchen tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle cleaning and cutting of vegetables, preparation of eggs, and creation of sauces.
- Assist Chefs de Partie with daily kitchen preparation and maintenance, providing additional operational support as needed.
- Maintain proper conservation of kitchen products.
- Minimum of one year experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, specifically within the kitchen sector.
- Fluency in English or Italian.
- Professional appearance with a focus on personal grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Standard knowledge of main kitchen operating procedures.
- Familiarity with current basic regulations and primary safety standards.
- Proficiency in using kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques.
At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry within the kitchen area is required.
