1. Assist boutiques with gift requests and meticulously track stock and gifts offered.
2. Monitor and consolidate qualitative feedback from clienteling events.
3. Provide operational support for local clienteling events, including invitations and client listings.
4. Support boutiques in disseminating CRM campaigns.
5. Assist with weekly performance analyses using various monitoring tools.
6. Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
7. Coordinate with the EMEA team regarding boutique needs for e-cards.
8. Translate newsletters, e-cards, and other materials.
9. Conduct competitive analysis on clienteling activities.
10. Support daily clienteling service activities.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
2. Previous experience in marketing, retail, clienteling, or hospitality is essential.
3. Proficient in English (written and spoken).

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Analytical and synthetic thinking.
7. Ability to manage stress and prioritize effectively.
8. Availability and flexibility.

A first experience in marketing, retail, clienteling, or hospitality is indispensable.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
