Gucci Client Engagement Manager

- Collaborate with the General Manager, Northern Europe, to develop and implement strategic vision and seasonal plans for Gucci Client Engagement in Northern Europe.
- Provide thought leadership and establish a visible connection to the client landscape across Northern Europe, maintaining relationships with key partners and exploring new collaborative opportunities.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with Northern Europe Retail Area Managers, integrating client activities and keeping the retail community informed and engaged.
- Be present and visible to in-store teams, coaching and supporting them to cultivate a client-oriented mindset.
- Partner with retail functions to develop action plans for key clients, enhancing retention, repurchase, and commercial returns, particularly in the high-end category.
- Work collaboratively with the EMEA Client Engagement Team to align Northern Europe client engagement activities with broader strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with Northern Europe Product and Visual Merchandising functions to align client activities with product focus, volume flow, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Northern Europe Brand Communications team to ensure consistency with activation strategies and alignment of key brand, product, and client moments.
- Inspire, lead, and manage a Client Engagement team, providing guidance and support for professional development and ensuring clarity on strategic vision and roles.
- Provide timely updates to the broader Gucci business on Northern Europe client strategies, activations, and results.
- Manage and communicate the Gucci Northern Europe Client Engagement budget accurately.
- Previous experience in Client Engagement or CRM at a management level, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Proven ability to enhance brand visibility and execute client animations that deliver measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and trends, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Engaging and impactful communicator, comfortable with public speaking to large audiences.
- Proven track record in managing in-store and off-site events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360, Excel, and PowerPoint.
