- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals monthly and seasonally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high-quality customer service and sales.

- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.

Base salary range of $15.00 USD to $17.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
