1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
2. Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company tools (CRM) to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
5. Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business enhancement and development.
7. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Manage visual display of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven record of achieving sales targets.
2. Strong business acumen and strategic vision.
3. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
4. Fluent in Spanish and English.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
