- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information using company tools (CRM) to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
- Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business enhancement and development.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
- Manage visual display of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster customer relationships.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team collaboration and motivation.
Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields is required.
