1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and selling ceremony history.
2. Advise customers on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
4. Monitor and update customer information using company tools (CRM) to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential clients.
5. Guarantee cross and up-selling across all product categories.
6. Achieve individual and store goals, contributing to business enhancement and development.
7. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
8. Contribute to the management of visual product displays in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
9. Ensure product replenishment and manage physical inventory of merchandise.

1. Proven record of achieving sales targets.
2. Experience in face-to-face customer service.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
