5. Ensure the sales floor is presented optimally, reflecting brand standards.

1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion or luxury is advantageous.
2. Strong enthusiasm for interacting with clients and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales.
5. Enjoyment of working in an international and close-knit team environment.
6. Deep understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
7. Fluent in German with good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
