1. Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with the Gucci selling ceremony.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to assist customers effectively.
3. Facilitate cross and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
6. Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to enhance customer retention and identify potential new clients.
7. Achieve individual and store sales goals to drive business growth.
8. Promote open communication and collaboration within the team.
9. Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain store functionality and product availability on the sales floor.
11. Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
12. Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and policies.

2. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
