- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, enhancing business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by surpassing client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for the industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Gucci standards.
- Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci image guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or equivalent customer service experience.
- Proven track record of achieving individual and store sales results.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Base salary range of $17/hr-$19/hr CAD plus commissions.
