- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Gucci's guidelines and providing personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and customers.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing customer reservations, orders, and receipts.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and the luxury industry
- Fluency in French and English, third language preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented and persuasive
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Ability to work in a team
Previous experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
