1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality customer service and sales.
4. Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
6. Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
10. Maintain neat and organized stock and understock areas.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive individual and store results and build lasting relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Team-focused with a collaborative approach.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to adapt to different customers and work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
