- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards within the store.
- Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize and maintain stock room and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service role is required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
