- Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and quality sales.
- Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
- Organize and maintain stock room and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- 1+ years of service-related work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Technological proficiency.

A minimum of 1 year in a service-related role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
