1. Achieve or surpass monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and quality sales.
4. Capture and manage meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.

1. Ability to maintain regular attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
