1. Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction, Units Per Transaction, Average Unit Retail, Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
3. Deliver personalized service that reflects the brand's passion and anticipates client needs.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and participate in all required training.
6. Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as necessary.
8. Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.

1. Previous experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and KPI achievement.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Experience in a similar role within luxury retail or a high-volume service industry is required.
