Gucci Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Cultivate and expand a loyal clientele through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exemplary client service in alignment with Gucci's service standards, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure store displays align with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers, new arrivals, and category information.
- Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies, reporting incidents and hazards as required.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively to enhance business operations.
- Participate actively in company platforms and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at using and learning new technologies.
Experience in luxury retail or a high-volume service industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
