1. Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in accordance with Gucci Service Standards, ensuring active engagement and communication.
4. Follow up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services, to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics in line with global guidelines.
6. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed about best sellers and new arrivals.
7. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
8. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
9. Utilize company tools and applications effectively to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Participate actively in company platforms and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Aptitude for learning and utilizing new technologies.

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
