- Achieve individual and team key performance indicators, including sales targets and client outreach.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Support back-of-house operations with inventory management and stock-taking processes.
- Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
