- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Meet individual KPI goals by maintaining high customer service standards and quality sales.
- Collect and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book for regular client contact and follow-up.
- Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, demonstrating passion for the industry.

- Uphold security standards to protect customers, staff, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display standards are met according to Gucci guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
