4. Utilize company tools such as CRM to capture meaningful customer data, fostering relationship building and personalizing future client development opportunities.
5. Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor.

1. Professional experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
2. Passion for interacting with customers and colleagues.
3. Strong customer and service orientation.
4. Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales.
5. Enjoyment of working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
7. Fluent in German with good English skills; additional languages are advantageous.
