5. Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor.

1. Experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
2. Passion for engaging with customers and colleagues.
3. Excellent customer and service orientation.
4. Strong sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales.
5. Enjoyment of working in an international and familial team environment.
6. Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
7. Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
