1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
3. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcoming techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Utilize styling expertise to mix and match products, catering to client needs.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Some experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.

1. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
2. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.

Some experience in luxury fashion or hospitality is required.
