1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and exceptional client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand vision and fostering consumer loyalty.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets proactively.
4. Independently manage client inquiries and after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, and product knowledge.
7. Collaborate with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with global visual guidelines.
9. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
10. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement.
11. Manage stock receiving and packing in assigned categories.
12. Perform inventory control through category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
13. Replenish display merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
