1. Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior client service.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand vision to foster consumer loyalty.
3. Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively.
4. Independently manage client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
5. Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and anticipate future client needs.
6. Continuously learn about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize client needs.
8. Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures.
9. Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlements.
10. Receive and pack stocks in assigned categories.
11. Conduct inventory category scans and assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts.
12. Replenish display merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.

2. Strong decision-making skills and independence.
3. Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage clients.
4. Passion for building a career in the luxury fashion industry.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the retail or service industry, with a preference for those with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
