Gucci Client Advisor

1. Act as a Gucci brand ambassador, delivering the full selling ceremony from welcome through to sale closure to achieve personal and store sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional client service underpinned by in-depth product and brand heritage knowledge to exceed client expectations.
3. Execute clienteling activities to identify client needs and proactively propose cross-selling and up‑selling opportunities to grow revenue.
4. Build and sustain long-term client relationships by communicating trends, adapting to individual client styles and maintaining client information in the company CRM.
5. Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual guidelines and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
6. Support inventory control on the sales floor and in stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
