1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen customer loyalty.
2. Execute Gucci’s selling ceremony across the entire client journey to meet store and individual sales targets.
3. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand heritage to elevate the customer experience beyond expectations.
4. Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling: identify needs, maintain CRM records and update client information qualitatively.
5. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling recommendations tailored to client profiles.
6. Curate and maintain visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on floor and in storage following company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards and uphold the brand’s ethical and professional guidelines.
