Gucci Client Advisor

- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering Gucci’s selling ceremony from greeting to close and communicating the house’s philosophy and heritage to clients.
- Deliver exceptional personalised service by demonstrating deep product knowledge and anticipating client needs to exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships through clienteling and CRM: identify client preferences, update records and proactively engage to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Increase sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling while consistently achieving personal and store targets.
- Curate and maintain visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines to preserve the boutique environment.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and housekeeping for sales floor and back stock, following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards and contribute positively to team dynamics in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to adapt to varied clienteles.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards, reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Strong team player with collaborative approach to achieving store objectives.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Previous experience in luxury, retail, fashion or service environments preferred.
- Foreign language ability is an advantage.

Prior experience in retail or luxury environments is preferred; demonstrable clienteling or direct sales experience in fashion or luxury goods is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary studies in fashion, retail, marketing or a related field are advantageous.
