1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building rapport and strengthening customer relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
6. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
