- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding Gucci's history and heritage.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and maintaining a comfortable shopping environment.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing customers and identify potential new clients.

- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
