1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer needs through extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
4. Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market to build and strengthen customer relationships.
5. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
6. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
