- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Maintain customer information through qualitative monitoring and updates in the company's CRM system to retain existing customers and identify new prospects.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
