1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history and products.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Engage with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to maintain and discover potential clients.
7. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
