1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
4. Communicate with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and ensuring client comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
7. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and on the sales floor following company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
