1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
3. Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling to increase sales.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by adapting to diverse styles and ensuring comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential customers.
7. Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain inventory levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
