1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs and showcasing extensive product knowledge and Gucci's heritage.
3. Enhance sales through clienteling activities, including cross-selling and up-selling.
4. Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market.
5. Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and maintaining client comfort.
6. Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
7. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
8. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse according to company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
