- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
