1. Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
3. Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
4. Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, building and strengthening client relationships.
5. Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
6. Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
7. Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies.
8. Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
